Clear Choice Clinic was established as a community resource in 2007, offering pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, and options education for women. In 2012, STD testing and treatment were added to the scope of services, expanding care to include both women and men. Since 2007, Clear Choice Clinic has provided care to over 4,100 men and women, with positive exit reviews from over 99% of patients surveyed. The comment most frequently expressed by patients is, “I felt very cared for, and I never felt judged.”

Clear Choice Clinic is an accredited medical clinic offering pregnancy testing and limited obstetrical ultrasound FREE of charge to women experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. The staff is committed to providing evidence-based education and empowering knowledge to women and men facing this difficult situation. Clear Choice also provides free STD testing and treatment to both men and women. You will never be charged for your visit. Our goal is to provide sexual health care services to men and woman of the Flathead Valley in a safe, unbiased environment. Clear Choice Clinic does not perform or refer for abortions, and does not profit from our patients’ decisions regarding their pregnancy.

John Lavin, MD – Medical Director

Dr. Lavin attended the University of Nevada Medical School, and did his residency in Family Practice, as well as Obstetrics and Gynecology, at the University of Colorado. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is a partner at Kalispell OB/GYN.

Michelle Reimer – Executive Director

Michelle has been with Clear Choice Clinic since its inception. She was trained in nursing at Montana State University, and her nursing experience includes inpatient pediatrics, obstetrics and surgery.

Stefanie Schelling, RN  Nurse Manager

Stefanie began leading the nursing team at Clear Choice Clinic in April of 2019. She received her Bachelor's degree in nursing from Montana State University and has clinical experience with pregnant and parenting teens.

Kayla Anderson, RN  Staff Nurse

Kayla joined the nursing team in April of 2019 shortly after graduating from Montana State University with a Bachelor?s degree in nursing. She has always had a passion for women?s health and is excited to be part of the team.

Kristin Gilbert, R – Staff Nurse

Kristin joined the nursing team in 2019. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA and has worked in ICU, Labor & Delivery and postpartum units. .

Kara Roberts, RDMS  Registered Sonographer

Kara has been part of the Care Team at Clear Choice since 2009. She was trained at Argosy University in Minnesota, and has worked for both Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane and Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.

Rhonda Fisher, CCMA – Medical Assistant

Rhonda joined the team as a Clinic Assistant in early 2015 and is now a Certified Medical Assistant. She works in both stationary and mobile clinics.

Sandy Hanson – Office Manager

Sandy began working for the clinic in August 2012. She received an Associates Degree in Accounting from FVCC and functions as the Office Manager.

Renee Clark – Clinic Assistant/Community Liaison

After a two year hiatus, Renee rejoined the CCC team in February 2018. She fills the role of Clinic Assistant and Community Liaison.

Mary Cloud joined the team in May of 2019 as an office assistant at Clear Choice Clinic. A Mississippi native, she received a bachelors in journalism from the University of Mississippi and migrated to Montana in 2017.
